Vision:
When I was living in Tucson a few years ago, a vision came to me as I was meditating.
I saw in my mind’s eye, in very large letters,
O.N.E.
I asked what that meant and saw Only Now Exists – O.N.E. (Only Now Exists).
Also, I asked what I was supposed to do with this information and got varied ideas, none of which felt like I could accomplish at that time. The vision has stayed with me and permeated my consciousness all these years, knowing one day I’d be able to share it with others.
A couple of months ago, a friend suggested having silicon wristbands made with the O.N.E. (Only Now Exists) imprinted on them. That felt good and I knew this would be a simple, affordable, yet profound way to be inspired to remember our oneness with All There Is. A reminder of all there is being in this precious present moment – NOW. A reminder that there is no separation, only the illusion of separation we have created in our minds.
Wearing this bracelet can inspire us and perhaps all who see it, to live as if we are ONE; one heart, one body, one spirit, one mind. And that the present moment is within. We already wear the Now within us, so to speak, so wearing a reminder on our body can help us stay present when that “chatterbox” in our mind takes us to past thoughts and images or future thoughts and images.
One way to help us stay in the present moment, which is all we have anyway, is to touch and read the inscription on the bracelet several times a day. By doing this, you will be transported into the Now, the O.N.E. Practice letting go of all thoughts and feeling the power of the present moment.
Eckhart Tolle in his books, The Power of Now and A New Earth, helps us better understand the reality of oneness and waking up to being present. Other inspirational books are Be Here Now by Ram Dass and The Precious Present, a unique parable by Spencer Johnson. Reading these books also help us to stay in the present moment, where we can acknowledge our true and divine self.
